Personal:

Married 18 years, 4 kiddos ages 3 to 12, 1 girl and 3 boys. Those little boys really keep my on my toes. 1 dog, a boxer, who is my only running partner.   Full-time homemaker, part-time RN.  Going on 23 years of distance running. Also enjoy cycling, swimming, triathlon, and yoga.  My husband is a Cat I bike racer but has dabbled recently in running and triathlon.  He's beat me 3 years in a row at St. George. (dang-it)

Treadmill.  Interval day:  3 miles easy warm-up, 10 x 400 meters @ 6:15 with 1 min. recoveries.  1 mile cool down.  This was a very difficult workout.  I was supposed to do 2 sets of 10 x 400.  Ha!  Wasn't going to happen today.  I'm really trying to go EASY on my easy days, and HARD on my hard days, as I try to crank up my weekly mileage.  But my workout on Tuesdays seem to be too hard.  We'll see how I feel at the end of the week and maybe I'll re-evaluate Tues. workouts.

 Did Yoga for 1 hour.

I'm eating Cadbury's Mini Eggs while I type this.

Ran outside for 4 miles, but I had to get back to get kids off to school.  Finished with 5 easy on the treadmill.
